Throwback #2: The Nationale Nederlanden health insurance proposition

It’s time for throwback 2018 part 2! During the first part of 2018 we worked on this project, which was deployed last quarter of that year. A project we are proud to share: ‘The Nationale Nederlanden Zorg’ proposition.

Nationale Nederlanden is an international, financial service company looking to extend its portfolio with a health insurance offering. The acquisition of DeltaLloyd allowed them to enter this market in 2018 with a jump start. We were asked to redesign the existing health offering into a future-proof, NN-brand fitting proposition for the relaunch in Q4 last year.

We used our trendmodel to come up with the strategic frame for both the proposition and the campaign. By working with our model, we were able to focus on consumer insights that were relevant for both the brand and of course the customer. We are proud to see that together with the ‘Nationale Nederlanden Zorg’ team and creative agencies Vice and JWT, the proposition led to a relevant and powerful campaign.
