Libraries have the assignment to fulfil in the information needs of citizens and are in a tough spot right now. Since the rise of the internet the necessity and popularity of libraries has decreased. The libary of Gelderland, a province in the Netherlands, has asked us to develop a campaign to enhance the image and positioning of the library. The aim was to focus on the relevance of visiting the library regularly, especially for youth.
The campaign visual was made in 3D and with photography in the studio.
We created a campaign both outdoor and in all regional libraries in the province Gelderland.
We created a mini magazine as part of the campaign, to attractively inform parents about the benefits the library has for the development of children.
The mini magazine was also readable online on computer and iPad.
